Beyond the basics, the salon offers full gel extensions built only from gel products, with a separate fill-in for existing extensions on nails in good condition. Booking comes with a few firm policies. New clients pay a deposit between $40 and $80 depending on the service. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, and no-shows, are charged a 50% fee. Adjustments are welcome within three days of a service, and any redo is booked and charged as a new service. Gel color choice rests with the client, since gel cannot be changed once applied without full removal. The salon does not guarantee results, because hands are used daily.
