Before booking, prospective clients can request a consultation to talk through their aesthetic goals and the treatment options that fit them. Neurotoxin consultations are booked by staff and followed by a meeting with Dr. Roche to build a custom treatment plan. The office asks new patients to arrive about 20 minutes early to complete a medical history and consent form, and the website has patient forms, office policies and testimonials available. New patient appointments carry a $50 deposit that holds the time and is applied to the consultation fee. Appointments must be changed or cancelled at least 48 hours ahead, and Monday appointments need cancelling by 3:00 pm the prior Friday. Evening and Saturday slots fill quickly, so booking ahead is advised.

The menu covers injectables such as neurotoxins, a wide range of dermal fillers, and collagen-stimulating treatments including PDO threads, PRP and Sculptra. Laser work spans MOXI by Sciton, BBL-HERO, BBL and photofacials, HALO TRIBRID, laser hair removal, laser peels and laser treatments for acne and spider veins. Facials performed by the estheticians include HydraFacial, dermaplaning, chemical peels, microdermabrasion and microneedling. For the body and skin-lifting, the practice offers SculpSure, SkinTyte and Ultherapy. Clients can also buy the practice's own private-label skin care online for home delivery.

Payment options include major credit and debit cards, cash, checks with ID and CareCredit, and financing is available. Gift certificates come in any amount and are non-refundable, and they cannot be used to pay no-show fees. Prices, policies and services may change without notice.
