Bridal work is a large part of the menu. New brides submit an inquiry and receive a bridal guide and a personalized proposal, which is valid for three days. Reserving a date requires a signed contract and a retainer. Options range from a $300 in-studio trial with a consultation to a $400 bridal package with facial prep, lashes, a hairstyle of choice and a touch-up kit with a full-size lipstick, which takes about three hours and fifteen minutes. Bridesmaid, social, photoshoot and quinceañera or Sweet 16 looks are also offered.
Extension services cover consultations, installs, removals, maintenance and reinstalls. Every new client needs a consultation first, which costs $50 and requires a deposit before an install is booked. Genius weft and hand-tied installs take about three hours and are priced by the number of rows. Tape-in extensions cost $100, and hair can be bought from the studio or supplied by the client if approved. Move-up maintenance is recommended every six to eight weeks.
Regular and special event appointments can be booked online or through the contact form, and the studio is open year-round, including holidays. Holiday appointments carry a fee per artist and require full payment 24 hours before the service. Email and text support is available around the clock. Clients should arrive with clean skin for makeup, and with freshly washed and blown-dry hair for styling unless a blowout is booked. Gratuity is not included in rates except for parties of eight or more, and a standard 18 to 20 percent is suggested. Card payments carry a 5 percent processing fee, Zelle has no fee, and CashApp is accepted.
