The menu is organized into several groups. Facials and skin treatments include Circadia Signature, Custom and Seasonal facials, Duo facials, chemical peels, the Sound Vibrational Hydrafacial, eyebrow tinting, brow lamination and eyebrow waxing, plus virtual consultations. Advanced skin treatments cover DeepRF microneedling, which pairs radiofrequency energy with gold-plated microneedles and includes red light therapy, VirtueRF microneedling combined with Procell Microchanneling, MotusAX laser hair removal, and a hyperpigmentation laser. The salon states that DeepRF is ten times stronger than VirtueRF.

Injectables include wrinkle relaxer treatments using neuromodulators derived from purified proteins. Concierge Tox brings those appointments to a client's home, hotel suite or event. The Bridal Radiance Collection runs from Tier I-S through Tier V and is planned around the wedding date. Tier I-S is designed for reactive, rosacea-prone or easily irritated skin and avoids heat and aggressive exfoliation. Tiers I and I-S are typically planned 10 to 12 weeks before the wedding, and Tier V starts a year out. Prices range from $495 to $3,200.

Memberships include a yearly plan at $150 per month on a one-year contract, which includes a monthly full facial, 15% off services, $2 off per unit of wrinkle relaxers and 10% off retail products. Elixir Tox memberships at $50 or $75 per month are banked toward neuromodulator treatment rather than discounting units. Gift cards are available, and the retail shop carries Circadia products.

Booking requires a non-refundable $50 appointment fee to reserve a time, which is applied toward the service total on the day. Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-call, no-show visits forfeit the fee, and a no-show is charged the full cost of the service. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may limit future bookings. Full prices appear in the booking flow, and payment options include major cards, HSA and FSA, and CareCredit payment plans.
