Each visit begins with a conversation about what the client wants and what concerns them, and the service is then tailored to those goals. The menu covers full-body waxing and customized facials. Clients can book online and combine several services in one appointment. No deposit is needed to book. Before a visit, clients are asked to disclose any topical, oral, or prescription skincare products that might interact with a service. Guidance covers timing after antibiotics, Accutane or isotretinoin, Botox, fillers, or laser hair removal, and advises avoiding certain exfoliants and retinoids around waxing. Waxing works best when hair has grown out for several weeks, and waxing is recommended every three to six weeks while facials suit a four to six week rhythm. A facial and a wax on the same area should not be booked on the same day.

Cancellations or online reschedules made on the day of an appointment count as no-shows, and arriving 15 minutes or more late is also recorded as a no-show. Two no-shows or no-call no-shows block further online booking. Children are not allowed in the room during facials, and services are not refunded once performed. Payment is accepted by major credit cards, Zelle, and cash. Hours are Monday through Friday 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and Saturday and Sunday 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
