The hand menu includes classic and spa manicures, gel manicures, regular and gel acrylic sets and refills, solar nail, ombre powder and dipping powder. The pedicure menu runs in tiers from a regular pedicure up to the Elite Signature Spa, and feet can be finished with add-ons such as callus removal, paraffin wax, hot stone, gel coating and toe gel soak-off. Nail design options range from rhinestones and 3D work to chrome, cat-eye and toe designs, with regular hand designs priced by the number of fingers. Waxing is offered for the face, eyebrows, underarms, arms and legs.

Several practical policies apply. Redo visits for gel polish and dipping services must be booked within five days of the first service, and redos for other services within three days. Quality concerns need to be raised with the salon right after the appointment, and a redo does not cover a change of service or color. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and appointments may be rescheduled if a client arrives more than 10 minutes late. The salon does not offer refunds on services or products, and it charges for repairs needed because of damage that happened outside the salon. Unsupervised children are not permitted, and a young child must come with an additional caretaker. Phones should be on low volume, and FaceTime and speakerphone calls are not allowed. Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted, and e-gift cards are sold.
