Each client works through a plan built around their goals for brows or lips, and the studio aims for a welcoming, relaxing room where people feel cared for. A first microblading visit runs about two and a half to three hours and includes a consultation, numbing, and aftercare instructions. Strokes are made with a disposable hand tool and fine needles to resemble eyebrow hair, and a touch-up follows four to six weeks later. Powder brows place pigment as small dots between the hairs and can be combined with microblading, while nano brows use a needle and machine rather than a blade.

Lip blushing is a semi-permanent cosmetic tattoo that adds color and definition to the lips, and brows and lips can be done together in one longer appointment. Permanent jewelry is welded to the wrist, ankle or neck with no clasps and starts at $25. Gift cards are available for $100.

A non-refundable deposit is required for every appointment and is deducted from the total. Rescheduling needs at least 48 hours' notice to keep the deposit, and appointments canceled within 48 hours lose it. Arriving 15 minutes late may lead to cancellation or rescheduling, and reminders are sent by call or text. The studio is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 19:00 and Saturday from 9:00 to 15:00.
