Elite Medical Spa has three Florida locations: a Sarasota studio in East Sarasota near University Town Center, a Parrish location on US 301, and a Bradenton suite inside In Salon Lofts beside Winn Dixie. Owner Jeff Goldstein, PA-C, leads the injectables team, and injectable treatments are performed on site at the Sarasota studio.

About

Treatments are provided by full-time physician associates, advanced practice registered nurses and licensed skin care specialists. Every injectable visit starts with a consultation, where the injector reviews health history, allergies, medications and goals before recommending a product. Clients can book a known treatment directly or begin with a consultation when the right option is unclear. The physician office lists Rigoberto J. Mendoza, MD, a board certified plastic surgeon, as medical director.

The menu is broad. Injectables include Botox, Xeomin, Juvederm and other hyaluronic acid fillers, Radiesse, Kybella and sweat reduction. HydraFacials come in standard, Deluxe and Elite versions, with body treatments as well. Chemical peels are offered by SkinMedica, and laser hair removal is performed with the Soprano ICE Platinum system for facial and body areas. Other services listed on the site include microneedling, Morpheus8, PDO thread lifts, EmSculpt NEO, spider vein treatment, PRP-based vampire treatments, sclerotherapy, BBL, medical weight loss and TMJ treatment.

Two VIP memberships, for Xeomin and for Botox, bundle 40 units every 90 days on a recurring schedule and give members 10% off additional units and other in-spa procedures. Both run for 12 months, and payments are non-refundable. A referral program gives both the referrer and the new client $50 off a service, and teachers with school credentials get $50 off a first visit and 10% off later appointments.

According to the spa, it has received several local honors: Bradenton's Best for Best Med Spa in 2023 and 2024, Sarasota Magazine Best of 2023 and Neighborhood Faves 2023, and Sarasota Community's Choice Awards for Medical Spa in 2024 and for Massage Therapy in 2025. It also reports a 4.9 out of 5 rating on Google. Appointments can be booked online, by text or by phone.

Treatments are customized to each client's individual needs, and the spa says it uses current medical spa technology and products. The Sarasota studio favors precision over volume and aims for natural-looking, balanced results.
