Elite Contours

Elite Contours is a boutique body contouring practice located in Suite 220 of a salon suite on State Highway 121 in Lewisville. The practice is owner-operated and works by appointment only. It welcomes clients from Lewisville, Frisco, Plano and North Dallas.

Rebecca Birchmeier personally performs every treatment, so clients work with the owner rather than rotating providers or sales representatives. Treatments are given one-on-one in a private setting. The practice says it operates in a medically supervised environment and complies with Texas Medical Board laws and Occupational Codes.

A visit starts with a complimentary consultation in person, with private virtual consultations available on request. The consultation covers candidacy, a physical assessment with marking, a treatment plan, safety and side-effect review, a review of before and after photos, and a discussion of pricing and financing. Plans are tailored to anatomy, goals and candidacy.

The body contouring menu includes CoolSculpting Elite, an FDA-cleared, non-invasive option for reducing stubborn fat in targeted areas. CoolSculpting is not a weight loss treatment. Emsculpt uses muscle stimulation to strengthen and tone the abdomen, glutes, arms and legs, and is often paired with CoolSculpting. Skin services include microneedling and microneedling with exosomes. Each treatment is performed personally by the owner, with plans customized to each client's anatomy, goals and candidacy and delivered in a private, medically supervised setting.
