A visit usually starts with a consultation, either a 15-minute in-house visit with makeup removal or a 30-minute virtual session by video, text, direct message or WhatsApp. Treatments are tailored to each client's skin concerns and routine, and many can be paired with add-ons such as gua sha, facial cupping, high frequency or microdermabrasion.
Beyond facials, the studio offers carboxy oxygen treatment, depigmentation treatment for skin discoloration, a three-session microneedling package and mesotherapy, along with brow threading according to the About page. Its skincare products include a line from Topicals used in some treatments. The space is described as serene and peaceful.
Many services require a deposit of $10 to $75 at booking, and deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations on short notice are charged half the reserved amount, and no-shows are charged 75 percent. Clients can reschedule once with 24 hours' notice.
