Bridal clients book a trial at the studio in Mount Clemens, and trials are required for every bride. Hair trials, makeup trials and a combined makeup and hair trial are available. Clients are asked to arrive for a trial with no makeup on and dry hair. When booking, brides provide a list of every party member who will receive services.

Bridal makeup comes in two packages. The Signature Bridal Package, at $125, includes a choice of traditional or airbrush foundation, strip lashes and full bridal makeup application. The Luxe Bridal Package, at $175, adds strip or individual lashes, enhanced skin preparation, a bridal touch-up kit and extended service time.

Securing a wedding date requires a signed contract and a $75 deposit, which is non-refundable and non-transferable. The deposit is an administrative fee that blocks the date and time on the calendar and does not count toward services on the day. Dates are first come, first served, and booking a trial does not hold a date. The team tries to alert brides about conflicting weddings but cannot guarantee it. A travel fee of $75 may apply, and if the team drives more than 60 miles round trip from its base on the event day, the fee is discussed before the contract is signed.

Clients who wash their hair one day before services and avoid leaving it unwashed for longer than that will get the best results from the team. Clients can request a specific artist through the inquiry form on the home page, though artist availability varies.

The team works onsite and presents itself as a single place for both hair and makeup.
