The Elite option requires two to three bundles of hair extensions, which are sold separately on request. Booking requires a 50% retainer and a signed contract. Retainers and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable if an event is cancelled. On-site services carry a $1,000 minimum spend, and bridal and quinceañera packages list a 3% service fee plus taxes. Standard service hours run from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Sundays are unavailable for quinceañera bookings.

Limits her bookings to three services or fewer so each appointment stays relaxed and unhurried.
