Every service is administered by medical professionals with advanced aesthetic training, and the team is trained in safety procedures, emergency protocols and AED use. The approach is natural, conservative and built around an individualized plan for each client. Care starts with a complimentary first visit, either an injectable consultation or a medical facial consultation, and a detailed consultation is available for a fee of $200 that is applied toward treatment.

The menu is grouped into Injectables, Face, Body, Wellness and Skincare. Injectables cover neurotoxin with Botox and Dysport (including at-home Botox parties in clients' homes in NoMad and group bookings), dermal fillers such as Restylane and lip flip, Sculptra, Kybella, PRP and PRF, PRFM gel and salmon DNA treatments. Face treatments include signature facials, Vampire and Mermaid facials, CO2 laser, SkinPen microneedling, Lumecca IPL, Morpheus8, Hydrafacial and VI chemical peels. Body work covers CO2 laser, Lumecca IPL, Morpheus8, chemical peels, Hydrafacial and anti-sweat injectables.

Practical details: injectable services are offered Monday to Friday and facial services Tuesday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and the studio is closed on weekends. Financing is available through monthly installment payments via FriendlyFi, approved at checkout, and clients can earn points on select treatments through a rewards program. Insurance is not accepted, but a detailed receipt can be provided for possible reimbursement. Appointments can be booked by phone or text at (212) 647-1930, by email or through the online booking system, and a credit card is needed to hold a booking. Changes made less than 48 hours ahead carry a $200 fee. Treatments are not offered to clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

The approach is natural, conservative and individualized, with a treatment plan built for each client. Services are performed by medical professionals, and the business says it focuses on natural, lasting results.
