Its menu is organized into three groups: full lash sets, fills for existing sets, and removal.

The set menu covers a range of looks. Volume sets use handmade volume fans for a full, fluffy finish. Wispy volume alternates lengths with spikes. Anime sets add anime spikes for a textured look, and wet sets have a wet-look finish. Freestyle sets are designed around the client's eye shape and the lash artist's design. A bottoms-only service is also offered for those who want lashes on the lower lash line.

Fills are priced by how much of the set is being refilled. A fill counts as a refill only when at least half of the lashes remain; otherwise the full set price applies. Fills are not provided on wet sets. Mini fills are not booked if more than a week has passed since the previous appointment. Clients who are unsure whether their fill qualifies can send a photo before booking. Appointments are made through the studio's online scheduling page, and removal is booked by texting the studio.

Full lash sets in volume, wispy volume, wet, anime and freestyle styles, plus a bottoms-only option. Sets run from 20 minutes for the bottoms-only service to 3 hours for volume and wispy volume.
