The studio is open Monday and Wednesday through Saturday, 9 AM to 8 PM, and closed Tuesday and Sunday. Cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead avoid a fee, while later cancellations are charged 50% of the service total and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full appointment total. Some services need a $15 or $20 deposit when booked online, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval needed before the appointment.
