UV lash extensions come in classic and hybrid styles, with full sets and fills scheduled at two, three or four week intervals. Booking requires a deposit of 20 percent of the service cost, which goes toward the fee. Changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance, and late changes forfeit the booking fee. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged half the service cost. Each appointment allows one reschedule, and arrivals have a 15-minute grace period; a late arrival may mean rescheduling and a new deposit. Refunds are not given once a service is completed. Cash, credit and debit cards, and Zelle are accepted. Clients with an old tattoo should send photos before booking for approval, since some tattoos may need laser removal before a cover-up. Clients who had permanent makeup done elsewhere should also send photos before their appointment.

The studio works with the latest techniques and tools and uses a secondary numbing step to keep discomfort down. Color is chosen together with the client, who is encouraged to ask for advice.
