Appointments are required, with no walk-ins. Booking requires a card on file, which is not charged at the time of booking. New appointment slots are released once a month, and the exact release dates and times are posted on the studio's Instagram.
The studio describes its work as careful, detailed and gentle, with a personal touch. Clients can ask for brow shaping to suit their goals, and the brow lamination service includes a consultation.
Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Later cancellations are charged half of the scheduled service total, and no-shows are charged the full total and may have future bookings declined. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late are treated as no-shows. Payment is due after the service and can be made by credit card, Zelle or cash.
The studio works in a careful, detailed and gentle way, and aims for a personal touch in each visit.
