They set their own prices, schedules and service policies, carry their own professional liability insurance, and handle their own licensing. Stylists still use the salon's booking system, so clients can book online through the booking page or a stylist's page, or call the front desk. Reception hours are Monday from 10am to 2pm, Tuesday through Friday from 9:30am to 4pm, and Saturday from 9am to 4pm, and the front desk is closed on Sunday. Stylists may also work outside those hours, so clients can check a stylist's own schedule.

Each visit starts with a consultation about the client's lifestyle, hair goals and long-term hair health. Color correction requires a consultation before booking, and color correction, straightening and smoothing treatments are priced after that conversation.
