The core offering is Russian manicure done dry with an e-file, without chemical soaking or acetone wraps for removal. Builder gel, also called structured or hard gel, is used for reinforced manicures. Optional hand and foot spa add-ons use Korean skincare products. Toenail reconstruction uses a Korean reconstructive gel by Bandi. A 4-hand service lets a manicure and pedicure happen at the same time.

Hygiene is central to the studio. Tools are dry-heat sterilized and individually sealed in pouches, clean and used tools are kept in separate zones, and disposable materials are used where appropriate. Booking policies to note: gel removal is not sold on its own and must be booked with another manicure; builder gel applied at the studio is removed free with the next builder gel manicure, and switching to a regular or Japanese manicure costs $20; removal of builder gel from another salon costs $20 with a regular or Japanese manicure; single nail repair is limited to nails previously done at the studio; and only one nail extension is offered at a time. Hours are Monday to Friday 8 am to 8 pm, Saturday 9 am to 8 pm and Sunday 10 am to 8 pm.
