The studio works from an integrative view of skin, looking at internal and external factors that may affect it. Each client gets a skin fitness plan, and the products and protocols are chosen again at each appointment. Skin treatments are aimed at age management and anti-aging, acne, hyperpigmentation and sun damage, rosacea, and sensitive skin.

The advanced menu spans chemical peels and peel alternatives, dermaplaning, hydro-dermabrasion, LED light therapy, microcurrent, nano-infusion, the Oxygen Rx treatment, high frequency and oxygen infusion. First-time guests can book The First Time, a package with a full consultation, a skin analysis and a bonus LED light session alongside a facial. Signature facials are offered in 30, 60 and 90-minute lengths. Oncology esthetics skincare is available for people in cancer treatment or recovery, and for those with other health conditions that leave skin compromised or highly sensitive. These services use modified protocols and a line formulated for that type of skin.

Booking and policies are set out in detail. A signed intake and consent form is sent by email at least 24 hours before a first visit, and clients with known allergies can ask for a patch test the day before. Cancellations or reschedules inside 48 hours carry a fee of 50 percent of the booked services, and no-calls and no-shows are charged the same fee automatically. There is a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals, and clients running late are asked to text the studio; a late arrival may be shortened to end at the original time with the full price charged. Completed services are not refunded. Unopened retail products can be exchanged within 30 days for other products or credit. Gift cards are non-refundable and do not expire, and packages do not expire. Minors aged 11 and up are served with a parent or legal guardian present for the full visit. Payment is by credit card or cash, with exact change needed for cash.
