Eleven Angels Studio

Eleven Angels Studio operates as a private studio in downtown Phoenix. It takes bookings by appointment only and does not accept walk-ins. The studio says its aim is to give clients the best nails they have had, which is its own claim.

Nail art and 3D nail design are the studio's focus, organized into tiers. A Tier 1 single color base with matching nails is $80 and about 45 minutes. A Tier 2 French set with added detail is $90 and about 1 hour 30 minutes. A Tier 3 freestyle set, with varied designs, foils, chromes and airbrush, is $110 and about 2 hours 30 minutes. A Tier 4 3D set, with bangle nails, sculpted flowers and multiple layers, is $150 and about 3 hours 30 minutes. Tier 3 and Tier 4 designs need inspiration sent through Instagram beforehand, and Tier 4 inspiration is due at least 5 days before the booking. The studio uses high-end Gel-X products, and extensions, removals and fixes can be added to a chosen tier. Hard gel rebalances for lifting nails are offered, usually every 2 to 3 weeks. Each service includes routine sanitization and cuticle prep.

Prices can change with the design, the condition of the nails and the appointment time, so the studio gives quotes by Instagram direct message. Clients can arrive early to find parking but should not arrive early for the appointment itself, and parking directions are posted on Instagram. Guests are allowed only if the studio is told on the day of the appointment. Clients who are running late should let the studio know. No-call, no-show clients lose future bookings and face a cancellation fee, so notice is expected for cancellations. Nails that are too damaged may be turned away. Vaping is permitted with consideration for others in the space. The booking page lists a 9:00 am opening time.
