Appointments usually take 60 to 75 minutes, varying with the treatment and any add-ons, and a neck and décolleté extension is available. Candela offers the Glacē treatments, which can be modified for sensitive or reactive skin. According to the studio, most clients benefit from a professional facial every 4 to 6 weeks.

IMAGE Skincare facials use physician-formulated, medical-grade products and are offered in Essential and Signature versions. The Essential facial is a maintenance-focused visit with cleansing, gentle exfoliation, targeted hydration and products chosen for the client's skin needs. The Signature facial adds professional exfoliation, corrective serums and enhanced hydration, and it suits clients who want to address aging, acne, pigmentation or uneven tone. Chemical peels are offered alongside these facials. They remove outer layers of damaged skin to support smoother skin over time, and peels are chosen based on skin type and concerns. Some peels cause mild redness or light peeling for a few days, while others involve little to no downtime. Most clients benefit from a peel every 2 to 6 weeks, depending on skin condition and goals.

Electrolysis is offered in time-based 3-hour and 5-hour packages. The business describes electrolysis as FDA-approved permanent hair removal that targets individual follicles, and says it suits all skin tones and hair types, including areas where laser hair removal is less suitable. A membership costs $100 per month and renews on the enrollment date. Members also receive $50 off a second facial in the same month, 10% off professional skincare products, priority scheduling and the option to extend a facial to the neck and décolleté for $50. Credits do not roll over, and cancellation requires at least 14 days' notice before the next billing date. Membership is limited to a small number of clients, and individual facials can be booked without one.
