Elevated Skin Spa

Elevated Skin Spa is a skin care spa in Mesa, Arizona, run by owner and operator Monika Thedford. The spa aims for clients to leave with healthy, glowing skin and to feel relaxed and informed about their skin.

The consultation costs $50 and runs 30 minutes. It looks at skin concerns, skin type, current condition, and diet and lifestyle, and includes products the owner hand-picks for each client. The $50 fee can be put toward professional retail products bought on the day of the appointment.

The Glow Getter Dermaplane is a 60-minute facial at $125 that removes fine facial hair and dead skin, then finishes with a customized mask and massage. The Elevated O2 Infusion Facial is a 60-minute layered, leave-on facial at $139 that combines antioxidant, oxygen and pro-B vitamin treatments.

Two device add-ons can be booked alongside treatments. High Frequency costs $10 for 10 minutes and is aimed at acne, fine lines, wrinkles and enlarged pores. LightStim LED costs $16 for 10 minutes and is a red light treatment for fine lines and wrinkles.

A 30% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. The spa is open Mondays and Sundays from 10 AM to 3:30 PM.
