About

Elevated Health works on a membership model instead of insurance. Members pay a monthly or annual fee for direct access to their provider, longer consultations and direct communication. The practice does not accept insurance, but it accepts Health Savings Account payments for up to $150 of the monthly membership fee. Same-day or next-day appointments depend on membership tier.

The practice was founded by Tiffany, a nurse who spent seven years as a registered nurse before opening it. Its stated aim is to build personalized relationships and focus on proactive wellness, and it describes its approach as a rethink of what primary care can offer.

Wellness services run out of three private IV suites and a dedicated red light therapy room. IV options include The Reset, The Edge, The Shield, The Foundation, The Glow, The Restore and The Restore 500, with fully custom IV therapies available after a provider assessment. Single sessions and multi-session packs are priced for non-members, with member discounts by tier. Sessions can be stacked toward the cost of an IV upgrade, with each session offsetting up to $100. Red light therapy is limited to one session per day, and Elite members receive unlimited sessions as part of membership. The in-house InBody full body analyzer measures weight and body composition.

Peptide therapy plans are developed after a comprehensive medical evaluation. The practice notes that some peptides, including BPC-157, TB4/TB-500, KPV, Semax and Epitalon, are investigational and not FDA-approved for the uses described, and that some therapies are off-label, compounded or investigational. Hormone replacement therapy begins with an evaluation and routine labs, and treatment may include estrogen, progesterone or testosterone.

Medical weight management is medication-assisted, using GLP-1 medications alongside nutrition, exercise and lifestyle recommendations. Non-members pay $299 per month in year one, which includes an initial consult and seven follow-up appointments, and $179 per month from year two. For Elevated Health members it is an added $50 per month, and it is included at no extra cost for Elite members. Labs and ongoing support are included, while GLP-1 medication is billed separately through third-party pharmacies.

Cosmetic medicine is offered through a partnership with Dr. Jim Hughes at Hughes Medical, covering neurotoxin (botox) using Xeomin, dermal fillers including Versa+ and Radiesse, microneedling and PDO threads. Pricing is set after a consultation, and member discounts apply by tier. The practice also lists a Thyroid and Hashimoto's program and corporate wellness options for businesses of any size.

To get started, prospective patients request a private consultation through the website, where they can meet the provider, tour the practice and learn about memberships. The phone number is (727) 628-1198, and there is a patient portal for existing patients.

Membership-based primary care with a monthly pricing model and direct access to the provider, offered as an alternative to insurance-based care. The practice describes its aim as personalized relationships and proactive wellness.

Treatments take place in three private IV suites and a dedicated red light therapy room.
