On the aesthetic side, the menu includes neurotoxin treatments such as Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau, Xeomin and a Lip Flip, along with hyaluronic acid dermal fillers at $600 per syringe and Kybella. HydraFacial options run from a Signature treatment up to a Platinum version that adds lymphatic drainage, a booster serum and LED light. Procell microchanneling is offered for the face, the face and neck, and the body, with the body treatment covering areas such as the decolletage, underarms, abdomen and above the knee.

Medical weight management is a major part of the practice, with GLP-1 semaglutide and tirzepatide treatments offered under medical supervision. GLP-3 is also listed, though the business describes it as investigational and not FDA-approved. The site says Botox and wrinkle relaxers are FDA-approved, and Dysport, Jeuveau and Xeomin are FDA-approved injectables. Peptide and wellness options include NAD+, vitamins, antioxidants and peptide therapies, with recommendations individualized to goals, health history, labs, current medications and a provider's evaluation.

New clients begin with a one-on-one consultation, and each treatment plan is customized to them. Ongoing aftercare support follows. Clients can also submit an inquiry form to arrange a personalized consultation with the concierge. First-time patients must complete a Good Faith Exam by telehealth with the nurse practitioner before receiving medical services, and once approved that exam is valid for one year. Clients need labs completed within the last three months, and a lab order is provided to anyone who does not have them.

Children aged 12 and older may wait in the reception area but cannot enter treatment rooms. Service animals are welcome, while pets and emotional support animals are not permitted in the spa. Appointments running more than 15 minutes late may be shortened, adjusted or rescheduled. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice; those made 24 or more hours ahead receive a full clinic credit, and a $50 fee applies to late cancellations and no-shows when no deposit was collected. Deposits are non-refundable and go toward late cancellations or no-shows. Missed appointments booked with a service package may forfeit that treatment.

The salon takes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Venmo and CareCredit. CareCredit has a $1,000 minimum purchase and can't be applied to special-offer or reduced-price treatments. Tipping isn't taken on medical procedures, while tips for esthetician work are welcome, though never expected. Prices may change.

The aim is to enhance clients' natural features rather than change how they look. Each client starts with a one-on-one consultation and a plan built for them.
