The studio describes its extensions as a luxury service that is customized to each client.
The menu is organized around full sets and refills. Full sets are offered in four styles: classic, where one individual extension goes on each natural lash for a natural look; hybrid, which mixes classic and volume extensions to sit between the two in fullness; volume, which gives an overall fuller look for clients with sparse or already full natural lashes; and mega volume, the fullest option on the menu. A wet look volume set, which uses closed fans to create a textured, spiky finish that resembles damp lashes, is also offered.
Full sets take about two hours, except the wet look set, which runs about two and a half hours. Classic, hybrid and volume sets come in lengths from 9mm to 18mm, mega volume from 10mm to 18mm, and classic sets are suggested for clients with longer, full natural lashes.
Refills are booked every two to three weeks after the initial appointment. Refill appointments run from about one hour and forty-five minutes for classic, hybrid and volume sets to two hours for mega volume.
Add-ons can be booked alongside a set. Wispy adds a feathery, spiky strip-lash look to any hybrid or volume set and takes about 15 minutes. Wispy sets for hybrid, volume and mega volume are priced as an additional add-on and must be selected when booking. Color accents take about five minutes, with eight colors available: pink, blue, red, white, orange, purple, green and blonde. Extension removal takes about 30 minutes.
Lash extensions are described as customized to each client, with set style, length and add-ons chosen to suit their natural lashes.
