The studio is open Tuesday to Friday from 8:00am to 6:30pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 7:30pm. Clients describe the space as private, peaceful and serene.

Lash extensions are applied with a light-cured UV adhesive. The salon says this adhesive has 40% less of the irritating chemical found in traditional adhesives and produces 90% fewer fumes during appointments. Brown extensions come in five shades: Fawn, Bear Hugs, Shirley Temple, Berry Beautiful and Lucky Penny. According to the salon, a lash set can last two to three weeks with daily washing.

Fills are timed to the last visit. A standard fill, starting at $85, is for clients two to three weeks out and needs at least half of the lashes still in place. An extended fill, $100 and about two hours, is for clients three and a half to four weeks out and needs at least 30% retention; after four weeks a full set may be needed. Full sets run $180 to $200 and take about two and a half to three hours. A mini fill at $30 cannot be booked more than two weeks after the previous appointment. Korean lash lifts are $80, or $90 with tint, and brow lamination is $80 with wax or $100 with tint.

Brow and lash consultations with patch test are $15 each. Brow lamination and sculpting is not offered to pregnant clients, and clients are asked to stop retinoids, benzoyl peroxide, chemical peels, AHA or BHA products and microdermabrasion 12 to 14 days before a brow lamination. The Elevate Me package pairs sculpted brows with lifted lashes in one visit. For weddings, the timing guidance is a patch test one month ahead, a full set three to four days before, and a mini fill 48 hours before if needed.
