Treatments are shaped around each client's skin. A Custom Facial is tailored to goals such as maintenance, acne, fine lines, or pigmentation, and includes cleansing, exfoliation, steam and extractions, LED light, high-frequency, a custom mask, and finishing products, with add-ons available. The Hydro Infusion Facial uses water-based solutions to infuse, extract, and exfoliate, with a medical-grade serum chosen for the skin; it is not recommended for severe acne. Dermaplaning removes dead skin cells and fine peach fuzz with a sterilized blade and has no downtime, and it can be added to any treatment.
More intensive work includes DMK enzyme therapy in two levels, where Level II builds on Level I and either level can be combined with dermaplaning or LED. Microneedling, also called Collagen Induction Therapy, is offered on the face, neck, décolleté, arms, hands, legs, abdomen, and back, with topical numbing, aftercare products, and multi-session packages. Stem Cells can be added to microneedling and includes a roller that clients take home. Chemical peels range from a gentle starter TCA option to blends aimed at pigmentation, texture, and scarring, and a short no-downtime peel is also available.
Acne Bootcamp is a 12-week program that begins with a consultation and skin analysis, continues with follow-up clinical treatments, and ends with a tailored home product plan. It can be booked session by session or as a package with a recommended four-session series, and virtual sessions are offered for clients who cannot come to the spa. The business carries Face Reality, DMK, and Omnilux LED product lines and sells professional-grade skincare for cleansing, moisturizing, sun protection, serums, masks, scrubs, spot treatments, and lip and eye care. It says its professional brands are clinically tested and trusted by professionals.
Booking requires a 20% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit, with the balance due at checkout. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice and no-call, no-shows are charged the full service total. Guests are not permitted, and clients may arrive no more than 10 minutes early. Facials allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrival, while chemical peels do not. Tipping is not included in prices; the customary amount is 15 to 20%, at the client's discretion. The Yonkers location is open Tuesday and Wednesday from noon to 7pm and Thursday and Friday from 10am to 5pm, and it is closed on weekends.
Personalized skincare tailored to each client's needs, with an emphasis on educating clients about their skin so they understand what they are treating and why.
