Services cover color (bleach, which is listed for color services only, and virgin color), a trim package, relaxers and silk press styling. Braiding includes takedowns and medium knotless braids, and there are stitch braid styles for children, with large stitch braids and medium stitch braids for ages 7 to 12.

Booking is secured with a non-refundable $15 deposit, which does not count toward the final balance. Appointments without a deposit are not held. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead forfeit the deposit, while rescheduling is allowed up to 24 to 48 hours before the appointment without penalty. A new deposit is needed after a later reschedule.

Arrival is expected on time. There is a 10-minute grace period, after which a late fee may apply or the appointment may be cancelled, and arriving 15 or more minutes late risks the appointment and deposit. No-shows may be charged 50 to 100 percent of the service total before rebooking, and after two no-shows full prepayment is required. Clients should arrive with clean, detangled hair unless the service includes a wash, and anyone who is unwell is asked to reschedule in advance.

Children's appointments are for ages 10 and under, depending on the service. If a child becomes restless or uncooperative the service may be stopped, and the full amount is still due. Only clients being serviced may attend. Services are non-refundable once completed, but issues raised before the client leaves may be corrected at no additional charge.

Two 12-month memberships are offered: a loc subscription at $600 and a Tax Season Beauty Pass at $1,200.
