The practice focuses on personalized skincare intended to support long-term skin health. Treatment plans are adjusted according to how each client's skin responds instead of following a fixed schedule, and enhancements are chosen during the appointment based on what the skin needs.

Most treatments can be done the same day as the consultation. Clients unsure what to book can request a complimentary skin evaluation. The facial menu starts with a 60-minute First-Time Client Facial at $149 for new clients, which includes a skin consultation, cleansing and exfoliation, extractions when appropriate, targeted masks and serums, LED light therapy and home-care guidance. Custom facials are tailored at each visit rather than picked from preset menus, and the Signature Custom Facial is the base of the menu, aimed at keeping skin balanced over time. Corrective options include an Acne Facial that uses PCA Skin products and a Back Treatment for congestion, breakouts, inflammation and uneven texture.

Beyond facials, the spa offers PCA Skin chemical peels, each customized after a consultation that reviews skin type, concerns, sensitivities and goals before a formula is chosen. The T-Shape Intro Treatment is $149 for one area with a consultation, and additional areas can be added for $99 each.
