Most facials are 60 minutes and use a particular active ingredient or method, from oxygenation and activated charcoal to microdermabrasion with fine pumice and a lactic acid peel offered at five exfoliation levels. Policies to know before booking: a 24-hour cancellation notice applies to appointments, and clients should arrive 10 minutes early because late arrivals may have treatments shortened or rescheduled. Spa treatments are not offered to anyone under 12, and guests aged 12 to 17 may book with a parent or guardian's signed consent.
