Caroline Buckingham, a licensed esthetician, owns the spa. Body services center on exfoliation, nourishing oils, hot stones and massage, while the facial rituals pair skincare with therapeutic touch and restorative techniques, with time set aside to relax.
Several treatments use Circadia products, including a firming peptide mask and a pumpkin mask with bakuchiol. Rituals run from a 40-minute back treatment to an 85-minute facial and back combination, and the Tranquility Ritual adds a meditation chair, red light therapy and tea.
If you are unsure which service suits you, a consultation of about 15 minutes at the appointment helps you choose one, and that time is credited to the service you pick. A 15 percent fee applies to cancelled appointments. Gift cards are final sale and cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged or refunded, and the owner may set expiration dates on them.
