According to the salon, its clientele is high-end, and most of its stylists and therapists have been with the business for ten years or longer. The salon calls keratin smoothing one of its specialties and says it has been offered for more than 15 years.

Hair services cover cuts, color and smoothing. Haircuts run $85 to $145 and include a blow dry, with the price varying by stylist. Single process color starts at $75 for root coverage and all-over color at $85. Partial and full foil and double process color fall between $130 and $280, while balayage and ombré run $200 to $350, depending on length and stylist level. A free 15-minute consultation is offered for color quotes and for curly cuts. A wash and blow dry costs $50 to $75, and curling or flat-iron styling is not included. Smoothing options are Cezanne Express Keratin, which takes about 90 minutes and lasts around six weeks, Cezanne Classic Keratin, which takes two to three hours and lasts three to five months, and Brazilian Blowout. Keratin prices depend on the stylist, and the exact price appears before a booking is confirmed. Add-ons include a Scalp Solutions treatment, a glossing treatment, a Pramasana scalp and hair treatment that includes cleanse, exfoliation, masque and blow dry, and a botanical hair spa with a warm-oil scalp treatment wrapped in a hot towel.

Men's services include cuts from $75 to $100, color blending with a cut that softens gray, and single color without a cut. Beard trims and shaves are not offered.

Facial treatments come first on the skin menu. The Element Balancing Facial costs $75 for 30 minutes, $105 for 60 minutes or $150 for 90 minutes, and the longer versions include extractions. An AHA peel can be added to the 30-minute version for $50. Express facials last 20 to 30 minutes and cost $75, and a 45-minute back facial is also $75. More advanced options include microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, AHA and oxygen regenerating peels, and collagen induction microneedling. The 60-minute microneedling session costs $300 and includes a $50 aftercare package. The salon recommends a series of three microneedling sessions, spaced four to six weeks apart, and states its licensed estheticians hold certifications in microneedling, dermaplaning and chemical peels. Treatment rooms use GM Collin professional skincare, with choices from AlgoMask+ at $120 up to a 90-minute collagen infusion at $195. Waxing of the face, body and bikini areas is performed by licensed estheticians. Massage appointments can be booked until closing in the evening. Swedish-style Element massage ranges from $75 to $160, neck and back stress relief is $75, deep tissue massage is offered, and prenatal massage costs $110 to $160. According to the salon, its massage therapists are licensed and lymphatic-certified, and its therapists are trained in pregnancy massage. Botox is FDA-approved. Injected into muscles, it temporarily softens moderate to severe forehead lines, crow's feet and frown lines. Pricing depends on the treated areas and units used, and consultations are arranged by phone.

Appointments can be booked online through the Book Now button, which shows live availability for each stylist and therapist, or by calling or texting 617-242-3200. Walk-ins are accepted when a chair is free, but booking online secures a time. Cancellations and reschedules require 24 hours' notice and must be made by phone, as email is not accepted. Changes made within 24 hours are charged for the service. New clients pay a $50 deposit toward their first visit, which is not refunded if the appointment is cancelled. Clients who repeatedly cancel late may be asked to leave a deposit or book on the day. Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted. Children under 12 are not allowed in the salon or spa, and pets are not permitted inside. Phones should be set to vibrate and used outside treatment rooms. The salon is not responsible for clothing or belongings damaged by color, oils or creams, so clients are advised to ask their provider how to protect them. Free garage parking at 100 Hood Park, next to the salon, is available for up to three hours, and bike parking is provided. The Orange Line at Sullivan Square and Community College is nearby, and the 92 and 93 buses stop close by.

Uses Aveda naturally derived hair, skin and body care throughout the salon, and aims for a natural-looking result in its Botox work.
