The menu covers a wide range of gel and extension options. Builder Gel, also called BIAB, is booked under Builder Gel at the 16th Street salon and needs regular visits for fills, repairs or removal over time. Gel-X appointments are generally planned as removal and replacement, and removal of an existing set has to be reserved in advance.

Any existing gel or other product should be disclosed before a booking is confirmed, since removal can change the appointment category and time. Custom nail art is booked as separate time rather than included in a full set. To plan it, guests name the base service, motif, palette, finish and number of detailed nails. Spa pedicures are the longest services on the menu, running from 25 minutes for the Classic to 85 minutes for the Gold Enchantment, each with a timed massage.
