ElEl De l Extensions, also written as LetLizz, is run by its founder Elizabeth, who also goes by Liz. Its work centers on custom wigs, sew-in weaves and closures, alongside a shop of hair products.

Custom wigs are requested through the online booking page, where lace closure and frontal styles are listed, along with a flip-over option. A video tutorial walks clients through taking their own measurements. Clients can also book a consultation with Lizz before committing to an order. A traditional sew-in appointment is listed at two hours and 45 minutes.

Orders take three to seven business days to produce and create the design, and shipping by USPS typically takes three to eight business days after that. Payment must be verified within three to five business days or the order is cancelled and refunded automatically. Ready-to-ship items leave within two to five business days. Free U.S. shipping applies to merchandise orders of at least $380 before tax and shipping.

Returns are limited. Refunds or exchanges are offered only for business errors on unopened, unused hair in its original packaging, and exchanges must happen within seven days of receiving the hair. Sale items are final sale. Hair that has been installed, colored, washed, bleached, dyed, cut or altered is not accepted back, and promotional discounts cannot be combined or used on sale items. Customers cover exchange shipping unless the business was at fault. Returns are mailed to a West Palm Beach address.
