Appointments begin with a brief online style quiz for anyone who wants help picking a set, or clients can simply describe the look they want to their lash artist. Before coming in, clients should arrive with clean lashes, free of eye makeup and mascara, and should avoid oil-based removers and moisturizers around the eyes for the 24 hours beforehand. Each studio keeps makeup remover and wipes available for anyone who needs to remove eye makeup on arrival. Volume fans are handmade during the visit, sized so their fullness and weight match the client's natural lashes that day. According to the salon, clients often praise the customization for looking natural, the gentle application and the calm atmosphere. The studios are relaxed neighborhood lash bars, well suited to quiet appointments.

Full sets take between 1 hour 10 minutes and 2 hours depending on the style, and fills are priced by how many days have passed since the last visit. A fill needs at least 40 percent of the extensions to remain; if fewer are left, a full set may be needed. Lash lifts, with or without tint, are offered at the Irvine and Newport Beach studios. Brow lamination with tint is also available, and the business says its results last about 6 to 8 weeks. Lash extension removal is offered at all five studios.

Permanent makeup covers eyeliner on the top and bottom lash lines, ombre brows, hair stroke brows for women and men, and lip blush, which is done over two to three sessions. Online booking requires 24 hours' notice and no deposit. The business has no membership, monthly charge or credit to track.

The Irvine studio has a free parking lot that can fill during busy times, as do the Tustin, Costa Mesa and Newport Beach studios. The Santa Ana studio has a free lot on South Bristol Street. Hours are Monday to Saturday 9 AM to 8 PM at every studio. On Sunday, Irvine, Costa Mesa and Newport Beach open 9 AM to 5 PM, Tustin 9 AM to 7 PM, and Santa Ana is closed. The business makes its volume fans by hand at each appointment so the set fits the client's own lashes, and it says it takes time to get each set right.
