Prices are listed by style, size and length, and most start at a stated amount, with the final figure depending on the hair. Add-ons are priced separately: human hair at the ends of boho braids, juicy extra curls and body wave curls on boho styles, ombre from $50, and lemonade or cornrow finishes. Hair in two mixed colors adds $10, and three or more mixed colors add $20. Knotless prices are lower for pre-teens, teens and kids, and cornrow prices are lower for younger clients. A $30 deposit is required to book; it is refundable only when an appointment is cancelled with at least 48 hours' notice. Last appointments and walk-ins are taken until 6pm.

Some practical points are set out for clients before they book. Hair shorter than four inches needs to be reported to the salon in advance, and short hair carries an extra charge. Clients who plan to bring a baby must contact the salon before booking. Adjustments to a style are made only within four days of the appointment, and hair take-out starts at $50. Wash and blow dry is also offered, starting at $20.
