Lash extension work is split into fills, which maintain existing extensions, and full sets for new application. Fills are offered when enough of the current extensions remain to keep the set looking as intended. If more than 3 weeks have passed since the last visit, or 50% or less of the extensions remain, a full set is needed instead. Most clients come back for fills every 2 to 3 weeks. Foreign fills are not accepted, so extensions applied by another lash artist need to be removed before a new full set is done.

Before an appointment, clients are asked to arrive with lashes clean and free of mascara, eyeliner and heavy eye makeup, and to avoid oily eye products beforehand. Clients are asked to text the studio when they arrive. Extra guests are not permitted at appointments. Aftercare includes a lash-safe cleanser and daily brushing with a clean spoolie.

The salon takes a 50% deposit to hold a booking. That deposit can't be refunded, but it is applied to the remaining balance. Clients who want to change or cancel need to give at least 48 hours' notice. Anyone who changes an appointment later must make a fresh reservation and pay a fee set at 50% of the service cost. A guest arriving more than 10 minutes late may have the appointment cancelled and will need to pay a new deposit, and a no-show without notice forfeits the deposit. Payment is accepted by cash or card, with a $5 processing fee on card payments. Any concern about a service has to be raised within 48 hours, and the salon does not issue refunds.
