Lash extensions are planned around each client's eye shape, features and the look they want. The menu moves from a classic set to soft volume, volume and bold volume full sets, and existing extensions can be refilled on a 2 or 3 week schedule. New clients can book a free 20-minute consultation to see whether extensions suit them. Anyone coming from another lash artist can book a transfer fill, which includes a consultation, custom extensions and a refill, provided about half of their previous extensions remain. A lash lift with tint, or without tint, holds a soft curl for six to eight weeks, and a mini lash boost is a quick touch-up option for clients who want less adhesive exposure.

Brow services start with eyebrow mapping and shaping using a soft wax, from $20. Brow lamination starts at $75 and comes in two options. Lip waxing is also offered for $12.

Clients should plan around the studio's policies. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are charged a 50% fee, and no-shows are charged a 90% fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, but the client must be approved before the appointment. The introductory new client full set is for first-time guests only, one per client, and includes an aftercare kit.

Each set of lash extensions is customized to the client's eye shape, features and chosen style.
