The business asks clients to reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours, and no-call no-shows, are charged in full, and full payment is required before a client can book again after one of these.
Before an appointment, clients are asked to avoid smoking, alcohol and caffeine for 48 hours and to follow the preparation instructions the business provides, which are shared ahead of the visit for review. Pregnant or nursing mothers are not eligible for the procedure offered.
