The studio's approach is to treat both the skin and overall wellbeing, with treatments customized to each client's skin and a focus on results. The owner estimates that most great skin results come from care at home, so in-studio work is paired with simple, realistic routines that clients can keep up. Clients receive personalized aftercare instructions after each treatment.

First-time visitors can start with either a consultation or a facial. Anyone thinking about booking can have the consultation at no charge. Returning clients might be eligible to combine Silk Touch dermaplaning or microneedling through The Revival with a chemical peel for a bundled price, but only after a provider has evaluated the skin.

The menu runs from facials for teens, men and women, including dedicated options for acne and breakouts, dry or reactive skin, aging concerns and a back facial, to peels ranging from a lactic peel to a TCA pigment peel. Exfoliation and resurfacing include dermaplaning, microdermabrasion and hydrodermabrasion. Microneedling uses a collagen pen at a set depth, and waxing covers the face, arms, legs, underarms, chest, back and Brazilian area.

Booking holds require a 40% nonrefundable deposit, and appointments need 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Late arrivals receive the remainder of their appointment time. Clients are asked to share health conditions, medications and recent treatments before a visit, and some treatments may be adjusted or postponed. Clients with a fever, cold symptoms or a contagious skin condition are asked to reschedule.
