Elegancia Facials and Waxing is a waxing, hair removal and facial spa in Rockville, Maryland, serving men and women who are 18 and older. Waxing covers the face, body, intimate areas and men's services, and the facial menu includes express, back, butt, chest and vajacial treatments.

Waxing is done with hypoallergenic hard wax that is lifted straight off the skin, with no cloth or paper strips and no soft or sugar wax. Clients are asked not to trim beforehand so the hair is about the length of a grain of rice. Aftercare guidance includes exfoliating and moisturizing 12 to 24 hours before a wax, avoiding caffeine, alcohol and sun beforehand, and waiting 24 to 48 hours before sex, sauna, pool, beach or gym use.

The express facial runs about 30 minutes and includes steam, a double cleanse, exfoliation, extractions when needed, a mask, toner, a lip treatment and moisturizer with sunscreen. The vajacial, back facial and butt facial are each about 25 to 30 minutes and use a similar cleansing sequence. The men's chest facial is an ingrown hair treatment. Clients may book up to two steam services per visit.

Visits are private: only the client being serviced is allowed in the treatment room, with no children or companions. A consultation form is completed before the first service, and clients are asked to text the business when they arrive. There is a 10-minute grace period, and arriving 11 or more minutes late counts as a no-show. The building is wheelchair accessible, and the treatment room is small, so clients may visit it in advance. Staff speak English and Spanish. Whole body waxes are cash only.

Built on hard wax and a no-trim routine, with facials described as professional skin cleansing treatments and products presented as natural. The stated aim is a welcoming space open to everyone.
