Clients who are unsure which color direction suits them can book a 15-minute consultation for $25. It helps decide between all-over color, highlights or balayage. Because custom color and color correction each run about three hours, the consultation is a practical first step before a longer appointment.
The Hair Serenity menu has three levels. Serenity Express includes a luxury shampoo, scalp care, Hair Serenity techniques and a blow-dry. The signature ritual adds conditioning and scalp tracing with a customized blowout. The Luxury Serenity Escape is the longest, with deep conditioning, an extended ritual, a warm towel treatment and a finished style. Hair smoothing and straightening offers semi-permanent to permanent options, and the salon says it suits all hair types.
Booking changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations and no-shows on scheduled hair services carry a 50% fee, and repeat issues may require prepayment. Color services take deposits, ranging from $25 for a root touch-up to $100 for color correction. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount and are final sale.
