Elegance Salon Suites describes itself as a locally owned suite community in Largo, run by its founder, and says it aims to act as a business partner rather than only a landlord. Its stated goal is to build a community of independent professionals who support one another and help raise standards in the industry. The 14 suites are small, standard, large and double. Small suites measure roughly 70 to 80 square feet (3 of them), standard suites roughly 90 to 110 (6), large suites roughly 120 to 150 (3), and double suites roughly 160 to 190 (2), which can be shared by two professionals on one lease, with only one person signing and responsible for it. Every suite has a private sink, an LED storage mirror station and 24-hour keyless entry. Ten suites are furnished with a shampoo bowl and styling chair, and suites 103 and 105 are barber suites with a barber chair. The two smallest suites, 106 and 111, are unfurnished. Tenants may paint, add equipment and personalize their suite to match their brand. The business notes that the suites are still being built out, so final layout, furniture, suite numbers and finishes may differ from the renderings shown.

Common areas include a lounge-style lobby, a waiting area, and a staff break room equipped with a sink, fridge, microwave and vending machine. An on-site laundry station is also available. Free high-speed internet is provided on both private and public networks. Utilities and maintenance are covered, so tenants receive no separate utility bills. Tenants control their own schedules and retain everything they earn, with no commission taken from their income.

Rent is charged weekly at one rate that depends on the size and setup of the suite; rates are not published and are quoted on request. Leases run 6, 12 or 24 months with no month-to-month option, and the rate stays locked for the full term. A deposit equal to two weeks' rent reserves the suite and is refunded after move-out if the suite is left clean and in good condition. Tenants cover their own products, supplies, booking and payment software, card processing fees, state licenses and taxes, and professional liability insurance is recommended. Established professionals with at least 5 years of experience and a proven clientele are accepted, and tenants need an active Florida license for their services. The suite itself may need a salon license, and massage therapists need an establishment license.

Tenants receive mentorship, a profile in the online salon professionals directory and access to several online training platforms. Monthly training sessions cover hair techniques, cosmetics, and business skills such as marketing, client retention, pricing and financial planning. Prospective tenants can book a free suite success consultation to talk through their goals and whether the suites suit their business. Tours are free, either 20-minute video calls or private tours by appointment, with no obligation to lease.
