Botox is used on fine lines and wrinkles across the forehead, frown lines, crow's feet, smile lines and the lower face. Follow-up Botox visits are only for treatments performed within the past two weeks and are not booked as routine appointments. Dermal fillers can be placed in the cheeks, chin, under-eye area, jawline, lips, temples, smile lines and nasolabial folds, and are priced per syringe. Two packages are offered: a full face package of 5 syringes and a mini face package of 3 syringes. Filler dissolving is priced per vial. Kybella treats the double chin at $600 per vial, with two vials used per session. Four sessions, spaced four weeks apart, are needed for full results. According to the practice, Kybella is the sole FDA-approved treatment for permanently removing fat beneath the chin.
Other injectable options include SkinVive, a hyaluronic acid gel skin treatment priced at $700 per syringe and taking about 30 minutes. Biostimulator treatments use Sculptra or Radiesse and need several sessions for full results. PRP microneedling and PRP injections are offered for fine lines, wrinkles, under-eye dark circles and skin texture, and PRP injectables require three treatments spaced four to six weeks apart. PRP hair restoration is offered for thinning hair.
PDO Smooth Threads soften fine lines and improve skin texture, with results building over several months, and are priced by area in S, M and L sizes. The PDO MAX Thread Lift uses dissolvable sutures to lift and tighten skin, priced per thread; according to the practice, its results typically last 18 to 24 months. PDO threads for the cheeks, jowls, prejowls and jawline use multiple threads per procedure and require a consultation first. For IV therapy, the practice offers an Intravenous Multivitamin Hydration IV Drip, vitamin injections and NAD+ 250 mg IV sessions, sold individually or as a 6-session package with one session weekly for four weeks and then monthly for two months. Blood work testing checks for items such as vitamin D, B12, anemia, hormone levels, thyroid, blood type and titers, with a $75 processing fee plus the blood work fee.
Hours are Monday 8:30 am to 11:00 am, Wednesday 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am to 3:30 pm, with the practice closed Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday. Bookings are made through the Square online booking site. Gift cards are sold in amounts of $50, $100, $250, $500 or a custom amount, and group gift cards let several contributors pool money for one recipient.
Plans are built around each client's own goals, and several treatments are designed as a series of visits rather than a single appointment.
