Sessions are priced by time, and the right length depends on the size of the area, hair density and comfort. Small areas are usually done in 15 to 30 minutes, while first-time clears or larger areas use longer sessions. Many clients come in regularly over 12 to 18 months, because each follicle is treated during its active growth phase.

Electrolysis is done with a sterile filament that delivers energy inside the follicle, using thermolysis, galvanic current or a blend of the two. Most clients describe a quick, warm sensation, and settings are adjusted for comfort. Temporary redness and small swelling are common and usually fade quickly. Clients are screened for recent isotretinoin use, unmanaged skin conditions and certain implanted devices, and pregnant clients or those with a pacemaker are asked to say so.

The studio offers hair removal for people preparing for gender-affirming surgery, including donor and graft sites for vaginoplasty and phalloplasty. Preparation usually involves about 12 months of clears every four to six weeks on the area a surgeon has mapped, so starting 12 or more months before a surgery date is recommended. Clients should bring their surgeon's mapping requirements to the first appointment. Once the mapped area is fully clear and an observation period shows no regrowth, a clearance letter can be provided on request. Bundles are non-refundable, must be used within 12 months, cannot be transferred or shared, and don't apply to bikini, Brazilian or perianal treatments.
