Every new client starts with a consultation. It costs $40, includes a 5-minute treatment demonstration and a personalized assessment, and is followed by a treatment plan. The consultation must be prepaid to reserve the appointment, and new clients' first visit has to be this consultation plus the short treatment, with longer sessions booked afterward.

Treatments are timed in 15-minute blocks. With Suzette, sessions cost $75 for 15 minutes, $100 for 30, $125 for 45 and $150 for 60. An associate electrologist offers the same lengths for $65, $85, $105 and $125.

The salon offers hair removal using the Apilus xCell Pro thermolysis system. According to the salon, it holds certified provider status for this system and is one of only a few local practices certified to offer it. The salon also contends that electrolysis is the one method the FDA recognizes as permanent, and that the Apilus xCell Pro achieves permanent removal whereas laser treatment achieves only partial reduction.

Services cover facial areas including beard, cheeks, chin, eyebrows, jaw, lip, low hairline, moustache, neck, sideburns and unibrow. Women's services include the face, underarms, chest, arms and legs, feet and toes, and buttocks. Men's services cover similar areas, and gender diverse clients can book facial areas, underarms, chest, arms and legs, and buttocks.

The cancellation policy asks for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations, late cancellations and no-shows are charged a $50 fee, and late arrivals are charged for the full booked time. The business is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
