Electrolysis works follicle by follicle: a small amount of electricity is applied to the base of the hair follicle to destroy the tissue that produces hair. Laser hair removal uses focused light beams to reduce hair over the long term. Clients choose between the two, and bookings are made online with separate options for laser and electrolysis.

Custom laser appointment times can be requested through the website.

Clients should review the policies before booking. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of an appointment incur the full appointment fee, and the full fee applies to no-shows, late arrivals and last-minute cancellations. New clients are asked to stop tweezing, waxing and threading before treatment. Gift cards come in amounts of $10, $20, $25 or $50, or a custom amount, and can be sent by email or text as eGift cards.
