Electrolysis is performed with an Apilus Pur machine and sessions end with cataphoresis. Appointments are offered in 30-minute, 60-minute and 2-hour lengths. First-time clients must book a no-charge 15-minute consultation first, where goals, expectations and any contraindications are reviewed. Electrolysis is not offered on the genitals. The business states that electrolysis is the only FDA-approved method of hair removal.

Skin treatments include chemical peels, where the technician chooses the peel after consultation, and microneedling of the face and neck, with numbing cream applied beforehand. Hours are Tuesday 6 PM to 8 PM, Thursday 9 AM to 5:30 PM and Friday 12 PM to 3 PM; the business is closed Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. A 50% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, and clients cannot rebook until that fee is paid.
