The studio is open Monday through Wednesday from 2 PM to 7:30 PM, Thursday from 8 AM to 1:30 PM, Friday from 8 AM to 2 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 3:30 PM. It is closed on Sundays. The studio is labeled LGBTQ+ friendly.
